This app was born as a tool for use only by professionals of Pediatric Intensive Care units, to avoid subjective selections of pain assessment scales, so that it is the app that tells us which scale to use regardless of the experience and knowledge level of the professional.The selection of the scales that the application will show us, according to the parameters chosen in the selection screen, has been the result of the work of the professionals of the Reina Sofía University Hospital of Córdoba in its Pediatrics section, and strictly of the commission of the Pain of the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. However, it can be used in any Pediatric unit of any health center.Patients have been divided into three groups:- Patients under mechanical ventilation or not collaborators.- Collaborating patients who can indicate the degree of pain on a scale.- Neonatal patients. We will be asked to select some parameters and it will suggest what scale of assessment we should use to determine the patients degree of pain.
